Onofre Banson, Jr. is the President of Monark Equipment since 2013, which is under Caterpilar, Putzmeister, Tadano and Genie products in the Philippines. Concurrently, he also serves as the President of Sitech PHL since 2013, managing the distribution of Trimble Construction and Mining solutions in the Philippine market. 

He began at Monark in 1998 as an MIS Manager, and he progressed through various executive roles including VP of Rentals, Used, Allied & Logistics and VP of Marketing and Logistics before becoming President. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Management from SDA Bocconi, Milan and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Carriers & Equipment Lessors, YPO Philippines, the Management Association of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club.
