Chad Dominic J. Hernandez is a highly experienced professional with a 19-year career spanning various industries, including food and beverage, finance, transportation, and technology. He has a strong entrepreneurial background, having founded and grown successful businesses like Peri Peri Charcoal Chicken and Catalina Agro Ventures.

His expertise lies in start-up management, global business development, and organizational leadership, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and driving growth. As Chief Operating Officer of Cinco Corporation (Potato Corner), he expanded the brand’s global network from 800 to 1,400 outlets in under three years.

He is also a seasoned leader in technology and corporate governance, he was an Independent Director for UnionDigital Bank, and a general partner at Kaya Founders. His educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a diploma in Corporate Governance from the Singapore Management University, complementing his extensive practical experience. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
