Angelito Gerardo I. Esquivel

Angelito Gerardo I. Esquivel (Gerry) is founding Chairman of ASEC Development and Construction Corporation, ASEC Land, Inc. and The Regalia Group Corp. He is also the founding member of AGAPP, IGNAJO Foundation, Inc. and NWTGBUP. 

His understanding of Engineering and construction methodologies integrated with the art elements of design allow him a perspective that uniquely benefits the projects and clients. Gerry is a beneficiary of Jesuit Education in elementary and highschool in Ateneo de Manila. He graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in BS Architecture. 

He is a recipient of Presidential Medal of Merit given by former President Benigno C. Aquino in 2016 and Most Outstanding Alumnus in Good Governance given by the University of the Philippines Alumni Association in 2014.
