Ana Felisa Banson Pastelero is a seasoned business executive and a prominent figure in the Philippine industrial sector. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of Monark Equipment Corporation, where she has been a key leader since 1987. With a strong foundation in commerce and strategic economics, Ana holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from Assumption College, and she furthered her expertise through the Strategic Business Economics Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Her leadership extends across several organizations, including her current role as President of Libra Agro Industrial Development Corporation and active membership in Monark Foundation Inc. and Sitech Phil.
